As a Technical Application Specialist, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug software, network systems, and hardware. You will be responsible for documenting and escalating issues as necessary. We are seeking applicants with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.
What You Will Be Doing
- Investigate and document customer application support cases, gathering the information needed to resolve or escalate issues.
- Troubleshoot multi‑tier software environments, including SQL, web servers, devices, printers, and network‑related errors.
- Collaborate with support, development, QA, and professional services to drive resolution and communicate customer needs.
- Understand customer business workflows and how they interact with the application.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate cross‑team efforts when deeper investigation is required.
- Manage and follow up on assigned cases, providing clear, professional updates and ensuring a strong customer experience.
- Occasionally participate in onsite visits or customer events as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant technical support experience.
- Related post‑secondary education or equivalent industry experience.
- Comfort working in high‑volume support environments.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple cases at once.
- Ability to work well under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong presentation, communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English

Range:
Minimum: $62,000 USD Maximum: $100,000 USD
